Push notifications or analytics

A notification did not arrive

First, check the campaign status:

  • “Queued” — sending has not started yet;
  • “Failed” — send the campaign details to support;
  • “Sent” with zero — the segment had no active tokens;
  • “Sent” does not guarantee display on every device.

On the device, check that the app is up to date, notifications are allowed, the internet is connected, Focus or Do Not Disturb is not blocking notifications, and the device matches the selected segment. Test on a real device and record the title, segment, time, and app version.

The image does not appear

The URL must start with https://, contain no more than 2048 characters, and open the image itself without authentication or cookies. A file under 1 MB is recommended. On iOS, images require rich push support in the build and sometimes appear only when the notification is expanded.

Analytics does not update

  1. Refresh the page: the report does not update automatically.
  2. Choose a range that includes the test date.
  3. Make sure you opened analytics for the correct app.
  4. Compare the data after performing actions in the current published build.

If only one metric is empty, use the metric requirements table. If the whole report does not update, send support the app UID, build version, action performed, and test time.
