Release statuses

Status	Meaning	Action
Request created	SiteCargo has received the request	Usually none
Awaiting payment	The invoice is not fully paid	Pay the remainder
Awaiting access	Apple or Google accounts are not connected	Grant the required permissions
Building	The team is preparing the app	Watch for emails
Build ready	A test build is ready or technical checks are complete	Test it if a link is provided
Under store review	The version has been submitted to one or both stores	Wait for a decision
Changes requested	The team or store needs fixes or information	Follow the comment's instructions
Published	The app is available in at least one store	Check the link and installation
Release failed	A technical issue stopped the process	Read the comment or contact support
Cancelled	This release will not continue	Ask for the reason if the cancellation was unexpected

“Build ready” is optional: a release may go directly from building to store review. After feedback, it may return to building or another review.

Apple and Google review the app independently, so the overall status does not mean both stores are at the same stage.
