How charges are calculated

First release

A one-time invoice is created after you confirm the first release request. The amount depends on the selected publication option. If you change the plan before publication, the old invoice is cancelled, paid funds are returned to your balance, and the balance is applied to the new invoice.

Free first month

The free period starts on the first publication date, not when the app is created or the first invoice is paid. It ends one calendar month later: for example, a January 10 publication ends on February 10; a January 31 publication ends on the last valid day of February.

Freezing does not postpone the end of the free period.

Monthly service

The invoice covers the calendar month that has just ended. If the app was active on a paid basis for only part of the month, the amount is prorated:

monthly rate × billable time / calendar month duration

Billable time includes only active intervals after the free period. The calculation uses actual elapsed time and is rounded to cents, so dividing the rate by a fixed 30 days may give a different result.

One combined account invoice is created per month. Each app has a separate line with the period, full rate, and charged amount.

Freezing and deletion

Freezing ends the billable interval. Unfreezing starts a new interval; if this happens in the same month, the invoice includes only the combined active time. Freezing does not cancel existing invoices.

Deletion also stops future charges and cancels a pending initial setup invoice. Any amount already paid toward it is returned to your balance. Invoices for closed periods are not recalculated automatically.

If an issued invoice needs adjustment, contact support before paying again.
