Saving and applying changes

The builder has no single “Save” button.

Control	When it is saved
Toggle, dropdown, icon selection, or style selection	As soon as you make a selection
Text field	When you click outside the field or move to the next field
Color picker	When you close the picker
CSS, JavaScript, cookies, or JSON editor	When you click the save button in the editor window

A change in the preview does not confirm that it has been saved. Wait for the request to finish; if in doubt, reload the page and check the value.

If the value disappears, enter it again, click outside the field, and check for error messages and an internet connection.

Published apps

Saving settings in the dashboard and releasing an update are separate actions. An updated preview does not mean the changes are already available to users.
