Preview limitations

The preview runs in a browser. Use it to check colors, the logo, page loading, the bottom menu, and links.

Links and forms with target="_blank" open in the same preview window. This also applies to elements the website adds after the page loads. External URLs remain blocked in the preview.

Test the following separately on a device:

• sign-in and key website actions, such as checkout;
• camera, location, microphone, and file selection;
• push notifications and opening links from other apps;
• back navigation, minimizing, and relaunching the app.

Page rendering and authentication may differ because of screen size, the system's browser engine, and cookies. A successful preview check does not replace testing the built app.
