Changing the publication option

You can change the option after the first release request, as long as the app has never had a published release. For a draft, choose the option through “Release application”.

How to change it

1. Open the app and the ⋮ menu to the right of the tabs.
2. Select “Plan and payment”.
3. Choose another option and click “Change plan”.

What happens to payments

The previous setup invoice is cancelled and remains in the history. Any amount paid toward it is returned to your internal SiteCargo balance, which is then automatically applied to the new invoice.

If the balance is insufficient, pay the remainder. The current request's stage will update based on payment and whether developer accounts need to be connected.

After the first publication

The option becomes fixed for the app, even if the next update is still in preparation. Freezing service does not remove this restriction.

If you need to change the account hosting the app, contact support before deleting or freezing the app. Changing the plan does not transfer the listing, reviews, or users between store accounts. A transfer must be agreed separately; if it is not possible, you will need a new app with a different publication option.
