Recipient segments

A campaign includes installations of the selected app that have a push token and have not been disabled by the system. Recipients are selected when the job runs, so the count may differ from what you expected when filling in the form.

Segment	Recipients
All users	All installations with an active token
Android	Active tokens for the Android platform
iOS	Active tokens for the iOS platform
Inactive for 7 days	Installations with no activity for at least 7 days

“Inactive for 7 days” uses the last activity time. If no activity has been reported yet, the installation enters the segment 7 days after registration. For accurate selection, the mobile app must update activity regularly.

Segments refer to installations, not user accounts. One user with an iPhone and an Android device may be included in both platform campaigns.

Conditions cannot currently be combined or extended with country, language, or other filters.
