A change was not applied

• text is saved when the field loses focus;
• colors are saved when the picker closes;
• CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and cookies are saved with the button inside the editor;
• file uploads must finish before leaving the page.

After saving, reload the page and reopen the preview. Make sure you are editing the correct app and do not have a second tab with old values open.

The preview and published app may differ. The package icon, system permissions, and other native settings require a new build; website changes and some appearance settings apply without one.

An image will not upload

• icon: PNG, JPG, or JPEG, up to 10 MB;
• screenshot: PNG, JPG, JPEG, or WebP, up to 5 MB;
• use Latin characters without special symbols for the filename where possible.

If the upload finished but the old version is still visible, reload the page and check the image URL. Repeated attempts usually do not help with 403 or 404 after a successful upload — send support the URL, status, app UID, and upload time.

A menu or link does not work

• the internal path starts with / and exists on the main domain;
• links have been rechecked after a domain change;
• different items do not use the same URL;
• the bar is enabled and has at least one item;
• the bottom menu has no more than five items.
