Invitation and permission troubleshooting
The connections section is missing
Check the publication option: this section is needed only for your company's accounts. For a draft, first create a release request and select this option.
Apple — invitation not accepted
SiteCargo does not check Apple status automatically. In App Store Connect, check the email, App Manager role, and access to the relevant app. If the invitation has expired, send it again and notify the SiteCargo team.
If the user already exists, change their permissions instead of sending a new invitation. Check certificate access using the roles instructions.
Google — “Not connected”
Check the Developer Account ID and service account email against the SiteCargo card. Make sure permissions were granted in the correct Play Console account, then check again.
Google — “Insufficient permissions”
Grant the production release permission from the connection instructions. If access is restricted to an app, make sure the correct app is selected; for the first publication, agree on the access scope with the team.
Google — “Verification error”
Read the message in the card. Possible causes include an incorrect ID, an unavailable Google API, or SiteCargo's service account configuration. Send support the app name, error text, and check time. Passwords and private keys are not needed.
Access was granted, but publication has stopped
Check the role and access scope, permission expiration, account status, and unaccepted store agreements. For Apple, also check Developer Program membership.
After fixing the issue, rerun the Google check; notify the SiteCargo team of Apple changes.
