Creating a campaign
Open your app, select “Push notifications”, and fill in the form.
| Field | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Title | Required, up to 120 characters |
| Message | Required, up to 500 characters |
| Image | Optional public HTTPS URL, up to 2048 characters |
| Deep link | Optional path or string, up to 2048 characters |
| Segment | One of the available options |
Put the key information first in the title and message: the system may truncate long text. Do not include passwords, payment details, or other information that should not appear on a lock screen.
Image
Enter a direct image URL that opens without authentication, cookies, or a temporary session. JPG or PNG under 1 MB is recommended. To display images on iOS, the mobile build must support rich push through a Notification Service Extension.
Check the link in a private browser window. The dashboard preview confirms that the browser loaded the file, but the notification's appearance on a device depends on the OS.
Deep link
An internal path is normally used, for example:
text
/catalog/promoThe mobile app receives the value in deep_link and must handle it when the notification is tapped. Test the path in the published app, including sign-in to restricted sections. Do not add secrets or one-time tokens to the link.
If no deep link is provided or its handler is not implemented, the app opens normally without navigating to the intended page.
Send
- Check the text, image, link, and segment.
- Click “Send Push”.
- Check the entry in the campaign history.
The campaign is queued immediately. The dashboard does not support drafts, scheduled sending, editing, or cancelling a created job. A successful form submission confirms that the job was queued, not that notifications were delivered to devices.
