Revoking access

Once permissions are revoked, SiteCargo cannot upload builds, change the store listing, or release updates. If you have an active request or need ongoing support, agree on revoking access with the team.

Apple

  1. Open App Store Connect → “Users and Access” → “People”.
  2. Find the user by SiteCargo's email.
  3. Remove the user or revoke app access, if their permissions allow this restriction.
  4. Notify SiteCargo of the change.

Google Play

  1. Open Play Console → “Users and permissions”.
  2. Find the service account by SiteCargo's email and remove the user or revoke app permissions.
  3. In the Google Play card in SiteCargo, click “Remove connection” and confirm.

Removing the connection in SiteCargo clears the saved details but does not revoke permissions in Play Console. Complete both actions to disconnect fully.

Revoking permissions does not remove the app from the store or stop SiteCargo charges. To stop service, freeze the app separately — see Charge calculation for how this affects payments.
